AHA Smart Cash by Wawasan Cojaya Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", or "our") is a Shariah-compliant digital financing solution designed to provide customers with greater financial flexibility to meet their financial needs.
Under this product, customers are granted an approved financing limit, within which they may submit financing requests and enter into Shariah-compliant financing transactions from time to time.
Each financing request is structured using the Commodity Murabahah concept. Upon the customer's request, we facilitate the purchase and sale of Shariah-compliant commodities through a recognised commodity trading platform. Each financing transaction is executed separately within the customer's approved financing limit and in accordance with the applicable Shariah principles and product terms.
